For corporate events please contact us via info@escape-ipswich.co.uk so we can tailor an experience to suit your requirements.

The game experience should last no longer than 90 minutes from entering the building until you leave.

Important Information

  • Anyone attending under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to participate in the games. If we believe a player to be under the influence, we will ask you to leave and you will not be refunded.

  • Please be aware this is a live booking. We cannot accept cancellations, transfers or refunds once you’ve booked, under any circumstances.

  • Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

  • ALL players must read and sign their waivers PRIOR to their arrival. Waivers are automatically sent from BuzzShot to the booker’s email upon making the booking, with the subject "Invite the rest of your team now for your game at Escape Ipswich". If you haven’t received your invite email, please contact us.

    PHOTOGRAPHY & MOBILE PHONES

  • Photography is strictly prohibited. This includes voice/video recording

  • Our Escape Rooms are mobile free zones and all mobile phones, that aren’t left in the lockers, should remain in your pockets throughout your game.

  • Please note that the entire team will be asked to leave if any player is seen using their mobile phone, including using them as torches, and you will not be refunded.

  • Please arrive at Reception 10 - 15 minutes before the stated time on your confirmation in order for us to start your game on time.

  • If you are late for the stated time we may not be able to run your game due to strict time constraints. We therefore reserve the right to cancel your game without a refund under these circumstances. 

RESCHEDULING

If you ask to reschedule your game(s), with notice of 24 hours or less before the due start time(s), then you will be charged an admin fee, as follows:

  • 1 game - £20

  • 2 games - £40

  • 3+ games - £50
