Escape is a team game ideally for 2-6 people. We lock your team in a room and the goal of the game is to escape within 60 minutes. This is achieved by completing a series of challenges which allow you to unlock the next one and eventually obtain the key for the door.

We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes early, so please allow extra time to park and pay.

Please note that we are located on the first and second floors of a listed building which can only be accessed via stairs.

While there is no restriction on age the puzzles may be too demanding for those under 10. Some games will require a paying adult accompanying children under 16 years old. Refer to each game’s description for more info.

Our 6 rooms have varying difficulties:

Contagion: Beginner

The Renaissance Genius: Beginner - low intermediate

Locked Inn: Intermediate

Framed and Forgotten: Hard intermediate

Sub Zero: Hardest linear

Casino Heist: Expert

Yes. Each room has it’s own waiver that needs to be signed prior to your visit. Upon booking, you’ll receive an email from BuzzShot, with a link that you can forward to all players. (Check spam/junk mail!)

Each participant must read the waiver carefully and individually sign. Under 16s must have a responsible adult sign on their behalf under the “I am signing for minors” section of the waiver.

2 as a minimum and 6 as a maximum, however we would recommend teams of 3-6 as these are the optimum numbers for the games and allow everyone to participate.

Allow an hour and a half. This allows us to brief you, give you an hour in the room and then speak to you afterwards regarding your experience.

Please arrive at Reception 10 - 15 minutes before the stated time on your confirmation in order for us to start your game on time.

If you are late for the stated time we may not be able to run your game due to strict time constraints. We therefore reserve the right to cancel your game without a refund under these circumstances.

Yes, we've made sure you can play all of our escape rooms in total comfort during the hot summer months.

No special attire is required, but we'd recommend wearing comfy shoes. Locked Inn and Framed and Forgotten have elements of crawling so make sure it's something you can move around comfortably in!

Only in our newest room, Framed and Forgotten. You may encounter some pesky Prison Guards, but they aren’t intended to scare you.

Please note that the actors may touch you but please ensure you do not touch them at any point.

No, not at all! Our rooms aren't scary. Some may find Locked Inn a little spooky though. If you have any questions or concerns, contact us.

The rooms are quite large but should you feel more comfortable we could leave the room unlocked. We never fully lock you inside so you can always get out if needed. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us before you book!
